Wal Mart is having their best year since 1999.

Not sure what the frick you're talking about.

Yea Amazon is killing it growth wise but like I said, they're no where near as profitable right now. They will be one day most likely but not yet.

And our athletic department is super profitable. Despite the annual charity game down in LR for all the poor dumb redneck camo UCA fans. The irony is all of those losers despised Barry/hand outs and don't even realize that's exactly what the LR game is. It's Football Food Stamps.

There I said it.

I'm just saying, if you are looking at revenue, it's like judging a pitcher on innings pitched instead of ERA

Without expenses, you can't tell the true story. Sure LR has a smaller revenue, but I bet it is also cheaper to put a game on down there. So it's possible a WMS game brings in more money than a RRS game. It's impossible to know without more info. Not sure why slides would be prepared and shown on that basis

Doubtful, but possible. The travel expenses, even to LR aren't cheap.

Agreed. There is no way that WMS is more profitable than DWRRS. Expenses at DWRRS would have to be $3.7M a game more than WMS for WMS to make more money.

The University is in Fayetteville. The players see WMS as a road game. Other schools use WMS for negative recruiting. It's time to let it go.

If they fired Long over WMS, then there is no hope for this program. Burn it down.

Did you go to Walton College?

There are what 20,000 less seats, probably 30,000 if you count the empties the last few years and no suites or clubs.

Do the math with tickets, vending and how much it costs to move the entire team down there.

Doesn't take Warren Buffet man.. Come on.

Northwest only accounting for 51% of games in Fay?
Go to the games! It's in your backyard.

That's 7% of the NWA population showing up for NWA games.

By comparison only 3% of Central Arkansas's population went to the Little Rock game.

I agree. But why not show the numbers on that slideshow if true?

I'm just asking questions

Yes I know what it means that's why I said nice spin.
On paper 7% compared to 3% looks good. However when looking at total population those numbers are deceiving.

If 100% of Fay shows and only 1% of India shows up which is more. Like I said nice spin.

You should have more than 7%. It's right in your backyard and it's the home of the Hogs.

if the words, "per capita" were there... then the % of a specific number wouldn't matter....

The 3% was also in Central Arkansas's back yard. Plus they only get one a year. It should be a special event to juice attendance even more

Sorry. Ball is in LRs court and these stats prove they aren't showing up
