I don't know what will happen, but up until this game... The thoughts were to do everything possible to keep him one more year at least. 1. To fire after what those in power consider really just one year, since Chad got here so late in the recruiting process the 1st, is too soon.
2. He was guaranteed 3 years in meetings to get things rolling because of the shape the program was in after CBB.
3. The $$$$$ for buyouts... Take CCM's, Chavis, all of them in consideration.
4. Now it is also complicated by the CBB lawsuit, and it with the PR of it hanging over the program's head.
I would be thrilled if Chad was fired now, as in the half time and BLJ was made interim for today.... forward the season!

I was fine with a another year, but the QB development alone is grounds for firing. Even if we came back and won today, having Hicks in 17-0 is beyond retarded.

I don't even want him to finish this year. Tired of seeing those stupid eyes staring blankly out on to the field while the team gets massacred.
