I won't go that far but they really should be kept to side streets or those trails all over NWA.

I'd be all for building an extra wide side walk or extend the trails to be scooter access from campus to the places these fricks have to go like the student housing apartments, the wal mart on 6th, dickson st.

Keep the scooters and bicyclists off the highways where we'd like to drive the speed limit and maybe a little more.

Welcome to urban life fellas. Unless you are like the great capital city of LR and we have an extensive amount of biking lanes.

Scooter crush on the roads is about to start back up. Anybody want to join me in my jacked up obnoxiously redneck Bronco w/ baseball bats, roman candles, and supersoakers full of pee and intimidate the fat girls and betas off the road.
