YETTEVILLE — Arkansas announced a new attendance incentive program for basketball season-ticket holders Thursday.
The plan, which goes into effect for this year, rewards fans for different levels of attendance at Bud Walton Arena throughout the season.
"We are truly appreciative of all you have done to help us be successful and want to take an opportunity to give back to the fans that are so important to us," coach Mike Anderson wrote in the announcement.
Fans who attend every game this season will be gifted tickets to the team's postseason banquet, receive a customized, framed jersey and will be recognized on the court prior to the 2018-19 home opener. Fans who attended every game last year will be recognized prior to this year's Nov. 10 season-opener against Samford.
There are also a number of nonconference attendance incentives.
Fans who attend each nonconference game will have access to a suite during a conference game this year. As of Sept. 26, five of the 48 suites at Bud Walton Arena had not been sold for the upcoming season.
Ticket holders will also be rewarded with a progressive discount to Hog Heaven, receiving an extra 5 percent off for every nonconference game attended, with a max of 35 percent redeemable for the Dec. 30 Tennessee game.
Arkansas has ranked among the top 30 nationally in attendance every year since Bud Walton Arena, which has a capacity of 19,368, opened in 1993-94. The Razorbacks sold an average of 15,247 tickets per game last year, which ranked 12th nationally - the third consecutive season they've ranked among the top 12.
Huge incentive to make every game Piofeet.

word on the street is, Garland is done / won't ever play for the hogs. But word also is that Moodya, Moore and Dokes are virtual locks to be hogs. In particular Moody he's going to be a hog. Mooody is a borderline 5 star in 2020 from parkview

So expect Garland back in a few weeks? Will do.
Arkansas basketball rumors are some of the least accurate I've seen. Every year player A or player B is leaving/going pro/overseas, and then they don't.
Rumor is Qualls is gone, comes back.
Barford is gone...nope
Macon is gone...nope

2 wins, but not really his fault the refs completely took the game from us vs UNC.
While I agree the refs screwed us on calls late, we also didn't score the last 5 mins basically. Can't blame it all on the refs

While I usually don't, there are 3 games in FB and BB that I absolutely blame on the zebras.
THis was one of them, the refs from every angle, changed the dynamic and momentum of that game. What they weren't calling earlier was now a foul, and there were a few phantom ones as well. The fix was on in that game. We couldn't score, because most of the times we tried a defensive foul was our fault
The other two games were in FB... Petrino vs FL and Petrino vs Au
Lordy Mercy...

I may be remembering this incorrectly, but at one point with 3 minutes left in the game Macon, I think, jumped a passing lane and had an easy transition bucket to put Hogs ahead by 7. Instead the refs blew a phantom foul call (Macon never touched dude at all), and instead of going up 7 (almost putting the game out of reach. Not quite, but getting close), Carolina goes to the line to shoot 2.
Four point swing on a total bullshite call. It was egregious as the bullshite calls in the 2009 Florida game, if not even more so.
That shite was fixed. No doubt about it. That was only one of about five such calls late in that game.
Arkansas beat North Carolina that day. Or, to put it another way, Arkansas was the better team that day. It pisses me off to think that a program like North Carolina, who we all know are dirty AF, can still be protected in such a blatant manner. It's like every damn segment of our society is rigged for the haves against the have nots.
