Bert should have never been hired, terrible fit here in the SEC. That is the result of a bad AD. It is more than just resume, it is personality and attitude that can be factors in a hire.
No one said it was but you really have to be dysfunctional like when Arkansas hired Morris to pull off a bad hire like that. No excuse for that lazy coaching search.
