Crazy stat from Arkansas vs. MSU

Both programs have been doing very well the past few years, but the last four series between the teams have all been sweeps. Two for MSU at their place, two for us at Baum. Thought that was pretty interesting considering how rare sweeps can be in this conference.

That is an odd one. With both programs doing well you'd expect split series not sweeps.

Arkansas has owned Miss State the last 11 series. Arkansas taking 8/11 and has swept Miss State in 3 of those series.

Did we sweep 2011? I thought we lost the Sunday game. I remember the left fielder flipping us the bird.

You are correct, I looked at the wrong season on the historical page on the website.
