Coach Herb has to go

Been saying this since last year when we were getting pushed around against Toledo and Texas Tech, but Herbert has done a terrible job. I haven't been this down about our S&C program since Nutt (hell I'd take Decker over this).

Our players are big, soft and slow. We can't run. We have no team speed. Our players tend to lose speed when they get here. The number of foot injuries experienced last year due to those stupid one-legged squats was astounding. We're not physical at all.

We've become a poor man's Big Ten team without the physicality.
