Obviously Fleck has proven he can build a program. The only concern would be that he's a Midwest guy. He's from the Midwest. He played ball in the Midwest. Other than a 1 year stop at Tampa Bay he's spent his entire coaching career in the Midwest.

That was in 2017 against North Texas. Florida Atlantic beat them again in the CUSA championship game. North Texas was ranked #91 in 2017.
That shows just how weak CUSA is.
Kiffin hasn't proven anything other than being able to beat really bad teams.
