Workout sidelined by a strained muscle in my back, and eating not good due to stress. Hopefully will get back on track in a couple of days.

Weighed in at 236lbs this morning. Down 30lbs.
Congrats!
Anyone have any tips, ideas for easy things a person could do to tone the upper body at home? Not really caring to add size, just lines, I can't go to the gym at this time, so easy in home type stuff.
Pushups, situps, crunches, leg lifts, that type stuff.
Ideas?

A pull-up bar would be a good investment for working biceps and lats.

Push ups, dips, and free weights.
Honestly, push ups are what have helped me the most by far.

Thanks for the links, I've went over them, tried most of them, and seen what I could and couldn't do.
I joined up at a fitness center this week that has a pool, as I've maxed out what I can do on body weight alone to meet my goals so I need to do some work with weights to build strength now. I'm going to hire a trainer to get started as well to make sure I'm doing every thing right as most of this is a rehab type thing for me as well. I had to find a place with a pool for cardio as I can't run anymore, but I use to swim, so kinda excited to start that up again, plus they have programs that I can do, they say will help with some problem areas I have.

what kind of stuff are you limited to as far as cardio.
You can get great cardio in from mountain climbers and baby burpees, assuming you can do those. I'm not sure what kind of injury you have/had, though.

After a weekend of bad food and good times, still weighing in at 23lbs. Now back to low carb and the gym.
