Down to 246lbs this morning. That's down 20lbs since Feb 4. Would love to lose 40 more lbs.

Thank you!

I've been doing Atkins 6 days a week and then eating all I want of everything on Saturday or Sunday. Then training at the new gym I joined, only working out 3 days a week. As soon as it warms up I'd like to start jogging, my older kids (ages 8 & 7)are in a "run club" at school and they have a 5K in April.

I just hope I can consistently continue with it.

Well done. I've been getting fatter over the last few weeks. School has really taken up lots of my time. But I just (30 minutes ago) finished what was a brutal stretch of papers and tests, and with Spring Break (remember that?) being next week I should be able to get back into a routine.

I have been having issues sticking with my food regime the past week. Driving by the 100000 restaurants we have here is just no bueno!

enchiladas and beer after my bike ride the other night. seems even, right?

Good job SLC!

I just got going back this week. Have been busy opening a new store in Fayetteville and it has consumed all of my time.

We joined at the Boys and Girls Club and I like it so far. I am about the only person there at 6:00 a.m. which is nice.

^This! Somehow my birthday has turned into a birthweek. Last birthday dinner tomorrow, and the cake from Tuesday is finally almost gone. It's so good, I can't actually bring myself to throw it away!

and here i was pissed b/c a friend shoved a huge piece of cake in my mouth last week.

I'm craving really bad stuff like loaded nachos and hot wings at the moment. oh, and beer.

today is going to be legs. these are always my toughest work outs. friggn squats!

he said he's stepping it up a notch, too. why can't getting an awesome arse and solid abs be something EASY??

I got off the path the last couple of weeks an put on 5 lbs. this week I got back in the gym and dropped 8.5 lbs.

A good week.

Women will once again fall at my feet in a few weeks, it's just a matter of time.

I went through a gallon of milk from Monday-Thursday too.
