He made me quit though for the first time. I was running in place until he says drop, then I went into burpees, run in place, drop and do mountain climbers, repeat until he is done. I fricking fell to the mat
I did similar leg workout yesterday and went on a 5 mile run through a canyon road this morning. TERRIBLE idea

Well I have been eating quite a bit of Subway and I'm doing pretty well so I will continue to eat bread

No beers tonight - 50 cent draft night = long lines. But I doubled my bankroll betting on some nags. Special Royalstone ftw.

I did an unintentional cleanse this weekend.
Lost 8lbs. Still not 100%. Would hate to shower the gym floor today, so I stayed home and will stay home most of the day.

This is technically health and fitness. I'm trying to hit 140 lbs before basic. Basic is in April and i"m currently at 123. Just know that while yall are working your asses off, I'll be drinking mass gainers watching ESPN on the couch.
