Too damn hot to play down here in Texas right now. Tried going out to the driving range yesterday but my body wasn't too keen on standing out in the middle of a field in 105 degrees for very long.

It's great weather in NWA today. Overcast and kinda cool. Not much of that rain has made it's way to Southern Washington County, saw all the creeks in Benton County I passed by were rolling.
Def. makes me miss the Santa Cruz Mtns.

I'm pissed
No wife this weekend, left last night. Plans to do nothing but play golf today and tomorrow.
I may be playing Razorback, just because it always looks dry and I know it will not be muddy. I would imagine Stonebridge is a muddy mess. Big Sugar is probably closed because it flooded.

Went down to Big Sugar yesterday and took a couple pics. Will try to post when I get home. #6 green took the brunt of it. Sod pulled up but no nearly as bad as I imagined. They are already starting on clean up.

Played Razorback for the first time in I don't know how many years. I just can't take golf seriously there. I just can't.
I came home and took a nap, then went and paid twilight rate out at Valley View and ended up getting 17 holes in there. That place is sad. 3 people may e on the course. Course was in decent shape.

Stopped by BS today. Its still a soggy mess. They lost 2 greens and are working on getting those back in shape. Clean up is slow but should get there as long as the rain holds off.

I hear a lot of folks bitch and moan about it because it knocks their golf ego down a peg or two. Can't break out the big dog every hole. Its not The Creeks.
