Greens are usually in great shape at courses here.
Now, you go out to VV and their fairways will be rock solid, but greens stay in good shape. Stonebridge is always kept up. All the links courses seem to be kept up nicely as well.

Big Sugar greens are in real good condition. Fairways are not bad. Not really green but not like concrete. Some tee boxes are hard as hell though.

You can really crush (60yds of roll) some drives out at VV in the summer.

Slightly....club championship and I shot a 103.......had a bad case of the slices off the tee box. Shot a 19 on the first 2 holes. Stopped at store on way home a bought beer. Drowning my sorrows until I find out my tee time for tomorrow.

props for finishing though. If I went for a 9.5 stroke/hole avg pretty sure I'd be in the A/C drinking whiskeys the rest of the day.

I had a slight slice last weekend off the tee box as well. It wasn't a huge slice, so I was able to keep most in the fairway by aiming down the left side.

Yea. I swing almost too hard I think. My dad told me I had a slight grunt to go along with my slight slice last weekend.
I didn't notice the grunt and I play by myself a lot, so I probably do it all the time.

Still sucked......but the good news was I wasn't the only one stinking it up for 2 days......I did break a 100 though. Club Champ shot 74, 79. 79 was from the blues as well.
