CHARLOTTE, N.C. — For Austin Allen, spending Christmas away from home isn’t anything new.

The Arkansas quarterback grew up traveling to bowl games with the Razorbacks when his father Bobby was a Razorbacks assistant coach. So Santa Claus made plenty of visits to hotel rooms.

“I barely remember any Christmases at my house,” Allen said. “We would always have them in the hotel room and everything like that. I’m used to it.”
