First let me say thank you for allowing me to have access to your board. I really appreciate it. That being said I’m currently working in the Springdale market for the next 6 weeks to try and turn around our current office. I’m in the HVAC and commercial cooking equipment service industry and we like many others are in desperate need of qualified technicians. The pay is good and benefits are great. We do A/C, refrigeration, ice machines and hot side work. I know some guys are scared of the hot side part but it’s not that bad if you are mechanically inclined.

That isn't a joke BTW. If you want skilled labor in NW Arkansas you need to be able to get the Mexicans up there to work for you. The area has been in an economic boom for the last 40 some odd years, we do not have enough trained people for things like HVAC work that are native to the area.
If I could do things all over again I'd have gone for a trade and moved to NW Arkansas way back when. If I had I'd probably either be retired or running a business worth a few million dollars right now. You are going to have a hard time finding locals unless they are just starting out. If you need to turn things around quickly, learn to speak Spanish.

As a former NWA business owner, Sulli gets it.
Lazy arse white trash wont work and NWA is full of those types also.
Offer a fair wage and benefits you'll find some help.
