I have a number of friends on police forces in NWA & Oklahoma, but none in LR.
Who is prepared to plant weed and crack cocaine in Tenpenny's car while he's at work and call in a concerned citizen tip about an urban youth in dreadlocks that appears to be selling drugs in the area?
