Morris needs to adapt to what he's got. If that's running the ball and short passes, then great

This is my biggest complaint and what highlights the ineptitude, stubbornness, whatever, of Aggie Bert so far.

It's painfully obvious this roster can't implement your sytsem yet... So, oh I'dont know, try running some fricking conceps they actually can do, then, gradually work your stuff in.

And don't say it can't be done. Nfl teams every fricking week mix spread, zone read, tempo etc in with power running game and play action.

frick the Cowboys did it to perfection tonight.

I know what some Wil say "that's an NFL play book, with loads more practice time"

And yes, there isn't the same time in college, but you can easily install 10-20 plays, in your own language, from the previous regime that worked best for the personnel.

Trying to force something on your players that they can't do, and not adapting to their strengths (which Chad clearly has not done) is just stupidity and piss poor coaching.

And you really only see it with these "guru" types on offense. They are so handcuffed, or so they think, to their "system" that come hell or high water, they will run it, when instead, they should be taking what the players can do best and molding their concepts around them.

And p.s....hire a fricking special teams coach
