Saw this on 247 today and thought it was pretty wild. There’s a very good chance that all 11 starters against Portland State are different from game one last year. I can’t say that I’ve ever seen that before.

CJ actually trying is better than Cantrell. He just doesn’t seem to have the want to.

From the interviews I've heard, OL is still sketchy, Jones kid might be a Tebow surprise.

QB competition still ongoing, LB's and DE's are Bad Asses vs our first team offense.

And on a positive note,

the Arkansas Razorbacks have zero returning starters on offense from last year's 2-10 team.

I can't imagine that has ever happened before.

FIFY. Roster turnover looks promising. But doesn't this also mean we shouldn't expect much out of these guys as we are basically fielding a brand new, built from scratch, team?

Maybe not. Maybe the set the world on fire. Fingers crossed.

I don't expect "much" in the fact that I don't think we're going to win 8-9 games this year, but I do have expectations of much better execution offensively and overall just a more competitive product on the field compared to last year. They'll have to take their lumps just like every young team, but I really do expect a pretty good jump forward this year. The improvements at QB alone will do wonders.

This is just talking game one starters. All of them but Devwah didn’t become starters until later in the year

Saw this on 247 tonight so this is the first time haven’t had at least one first game starter from the previous year in at least 31 years. I imagine it goes much farther back than that though.

Arkansas started keeping records of starters in 1988, and there hasn’t been a case of a whole-new starting offense since then, a representative of the UA confirmed Wednesday.
