At Holmes Community College (Miss.), Macon averaged 23 points, 4.1 rebounds and 3.1 assists per game as a freshman. He shot 46.5 percent from the field, 36.9 percent from beyond the arc and 88.5 percent from the foul line, which was fourth in the NJCAA. He had four 30-point efforts, including a career-high 32 three times in the first nine games of the season.

Take all you can get and sort it out once we get on the winning track again. All of the legal trouble really hurt us in the long run.

Our best teams were filled with JUCO recruits.
The downward spiral of our program began when the NCAA banned Arkansas from recruiting JUCOs.

There is only one "one and done" program in the nation, they just happen to be in our conference.
Other programs take them in smaller quantities, they are OK if they are the right fit for the team they are being added too, better to pass on the guys who are all about using the year or two to showcase themselves, team second...
