I compared WR film last night and KJ might be closer to the #2 WR in the country IMO. Definitely more versatile then the Lodge kid aggie and LSU are wanting
It could be a transfer

FAYETTEVILLE, Ark. – Head coach Bret Bielema bolstered the Arkansas offensive line on Saturday, announcing the addition offensive lineman and UNLV transfer Cameron Jefferson.
A three-year starter at multiple positions along the offensive line for the Rebels, Jefferson will have one year of eligibility with the Razorbacks. Jefferson, who stands 6-foot-6 and weighs 300 pounds, made 33 consecutive starts to end his career at UNLV, spending most of his time at left guard.
“We're thrilled to add Cameron Jefferson to the Razorback football program,” said Bielema. “As we continue to build our recruiting classes over the next few years, we will add players who fit academically, athletically and socially. He comes from a football family with his father playing in the NFL and he worked his way into becoming an anchor for the line at UNLV. We look forward to seeing the impact he will have at Arkansas.”
Jefferson, a native of Las Vegas, became a full-time start on the UNLV offensive line as a sophomore after a freshman campaign in which he played in all 12 games and started the final seven. A former basketball player who didn’t begin to play football until his junior year at Desert Oasis High School, Jefferson’s versatility and footwork was on full display in 2012 as a sophomore when he played three different positions, including left and right tackle.
A team captain and All-Mountain West honorable mention selection in 2013 on a UNLV offensive line that paved the way for 11 games of 100+ rushing yards and the sixth-most yards per game average (411 yards) in program history, Cameron’s father William Jefferson was a standout offensive lineman at Maryland, playing in the NFL for the Browns, Raiders and Colts

It's more likely that someone heard the rumor and assumed we would be getting the top OL on their team and ran with it.

Well, maybe we've got left guard (I'm assuming) shored up a little, now we've got to have someone step up at center and we'll be in good shape.

Wonder if they've been considering sliding him or someone else over to center.
Charpentier has been a big disappointment. I know there was talk about playing Ragnow or Tretola there.
I dunno. One person on this staff you'll never catch me question, and that's Pittman.

Wouldn't surprise me if this new dude plays Center and Knarf gets to RS.

Long run, I think this helps a lot. We can now take an injury or two and still be solid. We can now redshirt a Ragnow and Wallace.
I like it
