Hopefully Hedlund sticks, I think he will moreso now than previously, but still wouldn't shock me if he flipped on NSD to A&M.

Yeah he's tweeted and retweeted Arkansas stuff for awhile now.

So did Eluemenor.

Glad we're getting Hedlund... watching Cade Foster blow it for Alabama has been hilarious and scary.

I just said last page he wasn't going anywhere.

Said it still wouldn't surprise me if he did though.

Who knew taking a job half way across the country would be stressful.

But anyways, Rafe may not redshirt afterall. Strong Spring and he won't but I still look for him to RS.

I doubt he redshirts.

It's one thing our staff has finally got his dad on board about....not redshirting. His dad wasn't too excited about the idea earlier, but is fine with it now.

That's incredibly scary, to me, if they're not hesitant about starting a true freshman QB this far from next fall. I was hoping that Austin or DuWop might present as better options than BA.

I almost want him to redshirt just to have him in the system a year.

I know he had a good game tonight but I still don't think he will start. There is a lot more to actually learning how to read complex defenses and a large playbook versus learning 15-20 plays at an All-Star game.

Hopefully he proves me wrong because then it means he truly is going to be a gem for us but I just don't want to get my hopes up.

I've been high on him for awhile. he's the type of student-athlete you don't pass over. He's got the skills on and off the field, and hopefully the smarts to put himself in good position to make plays.

Having watched him in HS as much as I did, I thought all along he was a 100% redshirt.

And even during the game when he first came out they said he'd benefit and likely redshirt.

I'd put it at 50/50 now, all up to him this Spring though. He'll have to jump Brandon and/or Austin Allen to not redshirt.

One thing to remember about Rafe's performance today. No blitzing, and well Alabama will blitz the hell out of Rafe.
