Allegedly he is but he has been a "soft commit" for some time. He keeps pushing back the date that he was going going to sign his financial agreement with Arkansas. I wouldn't be surprised in the slightest if he flips.
It will suck because I think he is our best receiver commit personally but the fact that we are still recruiting multiple WR's probably means the staff isn't taken by surprise on this one either.
