From what I've gathered. Sam Hill was one of those commitments Horton took as he was packing up his desk.
Sorta like when you forget your phone as you're leaving for the day and you rush back in real quick and look in 4 rooms real fast, that's how the JLS staff spent their last 2 days offering and taking commits from any living thing as one last parting shot.
Coach B. may not be ready to give a juco punter a commitable offer, but the guy seems like a heck of a punter lets just make sure his grades and background are kosher.
