I like our chances once he gets on campus. He will be blown away by the football facilities.

I know it isn't as nice as ours will be, but for a crappy football school, Kansas has a freaking awesome football facility. The stadium on the other hand is

Just watched Reeve Koehler's Army AA practice tape 1 on 1 drill.

Only 2 quick highlights, went vs Scott Pagano (4* Clemson commit) and blocked him to the ground impressively.

Then went vs A&M commit 4* DT Isiah Golden and got schooled on a quick speed/power move to the dumby QB very quickly.

Didn't see this post:

Torii Hunter Jr shattered his femur at the Army AA practice, will require surgery, done for a year.

Probably will walk on somewhere now.

Also, 4 star #11 WR Stacy Coley may visit us. Good relationship with our new WR coach, FSU is the favorite, but is his only scheduled visit right now. Good chance we get one of his last 3 visits.

That sounds painful. Not sure how I feel about it in the framework of recruiting though.

He's now gonna have to walk on somewhere or go to a low level school that will still offer him a Scholly, and is done for in the MLB draft this year.

ND has already pulled his Scholarship offer, as well as Arkansas and everyone else per rivals.

Feel bad for him.

pretty classless move to pull his scholly. Typical Brian Kelly move.

Why the frick would he accept a scholly anyways? His dad earned $18 million from his Angels' salary in the 2012 season. Torii Hunter has career earnings of $134.5MM and Hunter can't swing tuition for his kids? You kidding me?

At least at Arkansas they can pay in-state tuition.

One of my huge pet peeves are insanely rich folks that accept scholarships for their kids, especially for athletics. Walk on, pay your way open up a scholly for another teammate, another piece of the puzzle to help win a championship.

Agree.

Still sucks for him, possibly ruined his career, at least for football. Baseball this is no big deal really.

Per Hunter Sr, Jr is expected to make a full recovery and will be out 6-8 months.

I thought Hunter "lives" in Texas now, as well as Shabazz.

I know Pine Bluff is a shite hole, but to damn...

Yeah they live in Texas now. That really sucks for the kid. Hopefully he can really recover quickly and still continue playing somewhere.
