Texas. S. Florida is Partridge's bread and butter. I heard Pete Roussel say that he did an informal poll of HS coaches in S. Florida about who recruits down there the best.
The name that practically every coach mentioned in their 3 or 4 name list included Charlie Partridge.
ETA: I wouldn't mind seeing him in S. Louisiana pulling kids right from LSU's backyard. We really need to start beating the SEC in Memphis and the Big 12 in DFW.
