petrino had marshell at summer camp as a sophmore. I am even pretty sure he extended an offer 2 years ago but retracted it becuase of grades. petrino loved marshall.
i remember i used to ask when i was a member on the rivals forum hey how come no one ever talks about this running back that petrino had at his summer camp as a freaking sophmore and no one would ever give me an answer. he's good. i assure you if petrino was here he would have offered him the second he was on track to graduate that was the ONLY reason he wasn't offered.
oh i remember now once tenpenny hit the scene no no one wanted to talk about marshall now. but coach always liked marshall.
