Im with you on this.
With the last staff, my family did not have much interaction with any of the staff. Since Petrino was hired, a couple of the coaches families we interact with often. The whole deal with Petrino has been tough on me, from a personal standpoint.
It was difficult seeing the People's be so happy with him getting the promotion to DL coach, then just a few short months later seeing them start wondering if they would even be here in a month. Trying to sell their house, because the do not know what the future holds. Mrs. Peoples also works at the UofA in the strength and conditioning program. Good people and I would hate to see them go.
I think this defensive staff may be the best collection of coaches Ive seen in my lifetime here.

I've met him a few times. Super nice guy. I think he's just the type that prefers to be an assistant b/c he has been for so long. He was at Tenner forever
