Why don’t we ever run rub/pick plays on the goal line in crucial spots?

Seems to always work against us yet we don’t do it, I mean surely Milroe can execute the below

Or roll out right and have TE slip through linebackers to the left like Lutz did in 2010

My guess is the coaches assume it will get called against us and we lose precious field position.

We have. It only works when there is time for the routes to progress.
