Fire the equpment manager also. The players played like their jock straps were a couple of sizes too small.

This. Deonte was what he always has been but Domani looked pretty good and made some plays last year. He was a complete waste on the field this year. A complete decline of value

I don’t know who needs to be fired but we at least need a new RB, OL, DL, ST, and Strength coach.

Ryan Grubb, Kap, and Roach sucks. If DeBoer doesn't acknowledge that then he should be fired.

I would be ok with him keeping DeBoar if he got rid of the other people that need to be replaced. He and Grubb have been together for a long time. I don’t think he will get rid of him.

A coach changing his staff and philosophy to maintain or improve his team’s performance are fine and dandy if they work. If they don’t, especially with the talent squandered in a contentious time in which powers seem to rotate in and out, it’s grounds for much much closer evaluation.

This is Day 1. I'm ok with giving everyone the weekend. But that ends today.

If DeBoer hasn't fired multiple coaches by the end of the week, he needs to go. I don't care about the buyout. We can afford $10M a year for six years. The rest of the league collectively paid a half billion dollars in the last 20 years while we didn't pay a dime. We can afford it.

Ballou isn’t an issue and isn’t getting fired

The on field results say otherwise. Believe Dr. Rhea was the one who knew what he was doing.

And you may as well stick a mannequin out there on Saturday instead of Ballous round arse, it would bring more energy to the situation.

S&C Coach spends the most time with the players than any of the other coaches, and BAMA looks soft as squid shite these days.

Byrne firing deboer would be admitting failure in the only important hire he made without nick’s advice and that isn't likely.

So Saban gave no input on hiring DeBoer?

So, yeah, I am pretty bullish that our guy can adjust and get the job done. I am not going to run screaming like a woman at every setback. I will stay the course longer and give this man a fair shot.

What’s a fair shot in today’s world? Back in the day, yeah, a coach needed 4 years to get all his guys in place before you could fully judge him. In today’s college football, Kurt Cignetti has turned Indiana into an undefeated machine in 2 seasons instead of the historical laughingstock they have been for most of their existence. Lane Kiffin turned Ole Miss around in 2 seasons. And both of these guys started with a fraction of the high caliber athletes DeBoer was given. You don’t get 4 years anymore. You shouldn’t need it if you’re any good at your job.

You are a fricking idiot. We have probably the best training staff in the country and they were hired during the Saban era. Anyone who knows Jeff Allen has much respect for him

You are a top shelf turd, bonnets.

Yeah, right. The rest of the conference can cough up a half billion dollars over 17 years, but we're so broke that we can't afford a measly $10M a year for six years.
