I laid out why I said mental toughness was an issue.

Look man, I don't want to do this whole e-fight back and forth stuff over multiple threads. I think we seem to play worse and get flustered more when we play at Auburn for some reason. You don't. We both clearly stated why and why not. It's cool, different strokes for different folks.

Roll Tide

Go back through all your stats and show me the years where Alabama had so many injuries in it's front 7 that it was starting a bunch of true freshman.

Go back through all of history and show me the teams that have sustained all these injuries and still maintained the level of success Alabama has this year.

Some of these guys are out there going into their first semester of college, learning all that and then on top of it play championship quality football.

It was a hell of a coaching job getting that many players as up to speed as they could, but all you see is outcoached because of a few plays.

Alabama puts a backup QB on the field to boot, and you don't recognize how good the offense was playing, but at the same time made inexperienced mistakes with game costing consequences.

And despite all these injuries, all the luck going in the direction of Auburn, you attribute it to a bunch of bullshite after a 3 point loss.

As long as you want to talk stupid I'll likely call you out for it.

Truth: Nick Saban put on a hell of a coaching job this year. This weird timeline that somehow a true freshman should be like a 3 year vet is stupid. The fact we all these things happen and finished with a 10-2 record with losses in a combined 8 pts is a hell of a coaching job. Suck so many people can't recognize it.

I don't disagree with any of that. I think in actuality the hollowness of the season was more a product of just not having more opportunities than it was "failure" per say.

There are some definite issues that need to be addressed, but the sky isn't falling.

Meh, the Auburn game was failure and my reasons have been explained. Sorry that you disagree.
