Deboer is always going to hold up his players in the public eye. In some ways I can see why he played Milroe all year. I don't agree with his decision, but I understand it. I think, behind closed doors, he's aware of his mistakes, or at least the repercussions of his decisions. Saban bullshitted us in one way, and Deboer does it in another. But, he knows what he’s doing. That doesn't mean it will turn out to be the greatest plan, but I think he does have a plan, and it's player relationship centric.
