Can I ask a serious question?

How does sharing my opinion that Herb, Galin, and Bola sucked at basketball make me a troll? You guys get all bent out of shape about everything I say.

I merely just said Tevin was the best transfer, Bola only played 1-side of the court.

Then all hell breaks loose for a 1/2 page about how I’m a troll. Those 3 suck, go look at the stats if you don’t believe me.

I’m not a troll because I say awful basketball players are awful.

I like you dude. Ive defended you on the complaints thread and think we need a hardcore sunshine pumper in here to laugh at.

I think you turned most against you by nonstop defending Avery when we all saw it was a sinking ship.

Are you just going to ignore your Trendon "insider" bullshite and your defending of Avery even though an idiot could see he wasn't doing his job?
People can deal with disagreements about players, but when you factor in the rest of your garbage, it gets old.

I would think he will at least try to get one. And who knows at that point, they approve Tate Martell/Justin Fields but Dont approve that VaTech kid whose mom had Cancer.

I wish the Villanova coach could just come to an agreement that it was a bad fit for both parties and just let him transfer without any repercussions

That wasn’t bullshite. I grew up less than 5 miles from Kira, and know a lot of the same people.

Kira did believe Trendon was coming here, all the way up until the last day or so, and that’s when I posted “uh-oh” to let u guys know things changed, which they did.

Hmmmmmmmm. But that Uh-Oh came when it was pretty much a foregone conclusion.

Auburn has reinstated Ira Bowman. Auburn’s 11-week, 3-day investigation into his actions at Penn is complete, and I guess they’re satisfied with the results.

I find it very suspicious that this reinstatement happens when they have a big recruiting weekend.

Quinerly isn't just any random transfer though, he was a top 30 recruit for a reason. In this offense With Oats coaching him I really like his potential.

Would be a great situation for us, by the time he plays next year he will have been two years removed from HS, stronger and more mature. He has also improved his 3 point shooting a lot over the offseason as you can tell by his new videos. He is keeping his elbow in now instead of it flying out wildly. Add a 3 point game to his already elite ball handling, driving, and passing skills, he has a real chance to be one of the top PGs in college.

I don't know if he is a troll but I do know he is a wanna be insider with no insider contacts. Add to that that he seems to know nothing about BB or BB players and he does get on your last nerve.

No doubt Q has the talent. His Attitude will be what determines if he is unsuccessful here or not

That's true, but the same could be said of any highly ranked player we sign out of HS too. At least with JQ he will be two years removed from HS when he plays for us, that’s two years in a college weight program and two more years to add maturity.

I am very excited about the possibility of him committing to us. The only 2020 PG we could get that I like better is Daishen Nix, and they have similar skill sets.

There is more to the fricking game than Offense.

I understand defense is valuable, but you’ve gotta have a pulse on offense. If not, you’re asking the other 4 guys to do too much, allowing the D to focus on those 4. That leads to big scoring droughts, which, we had a bunch of the last few years.

I’d bet one of either Herb, Galin, or Avery Jr were on the floor most of the time during those droughts?

Is he the one that got arrested? Or was that a different Auburn assistant Bball coach?

Hard to keep track.

I was thinking D1 transfers mainly. We've had some decent success with JuCo guys in specifically roles.

Who are our best D1 transfer guys? Probably Bola?

You know, somebody that no one ever mentions is Arthur Edwards. He wasn't a superstar or anything, and I wouldn't say he was our best, but he ended up being a surprisingly solid addition.

I remember when he came in from New Mexico, I was like "Why the hell are we taking this guy?" I mean the dude only averaged 3.9 ppg in two seasons there. I didn't think he'd contribute much here. But he started every game for us, averaged 9.5, shot right at 40% from 3, and made some pretty clutch plays during that season.

Nah, he was the one who committed the violation at Penn.

Excellent point - he performed better than anybody could have ever imagined.
