I wonder if they move the tournament games on Campus and out of these big arenas since there will be no fans.

I’m an idiot, the answer was literally in your post

Gonna be strange no fans at the NCAA tournament.
I could see lots & lots of upsets with no regional fanbase advantage.

If you lose in the first round of the NIT and no one is there to see it, did it really happen??

Kentucky fans are losing their damn minds on twitter over the threat of no fans at the SEC tournament. Quite entertaining

They were losing their minds in the Tornado year too.

For a lot of them this weekend is the one weekend a year they plan to see UK in person. It's like their version of the early season Sun Belt football game for us where a lot of.....different fans are more able to make it due to prices.

NCAA source to me: “Things are moving quickly. Right now, it’s no fans. But we don’t know where this is headed. There have been discussions about canceling or postponing the NCAA Tournament, but we’re hoping it doesn’t get to that point.”

The most Alabama basketball thing ever would be to pull of a Georgia type run and win the SEC tournament only for the NCAA tournament to be cancelled.

Blake Lovell quote tweeted this

quote:

The university of Alabama cheerleading bus was just told to turn around and return to Tuscaloosa. Told there will be no spectators at the games

Also, seeing some people say the band was told to go home

They'll probably still go, cheer their asses off outside of Bridgestone Arena.

Gonna be hard to blame the fans for the next loss, but I have faith that it will happen

I’m beginning to feel that way too. I also believe spring football practice might get scrapped along with suspending recruiting visits.

Probably close to 1000 athletes alone, not to mention coaches, staff, etc. All it will take is one positive trst and they will shut it down. In other words, its a done deal.

I honestly expect all of American society to get shut down for 2 weeks here pretty soon.
