Kind of feels good going into a game we should win easily.

Wat? No it's not. A win tonight, even if it's by one point gets us to 17 wins and extends out NCAAT hopes. We lose and we are no doubt done and probably won't even make the NIT.

I remember believing in Jinx's when I was 12. Good times.

It’s all academic because we are gonna win by 30

When your senior night is gonna be a grad transfer and nobody else

Does that include the obligatory double digit hole we always seem to dig for ourselves right outta the gate every game?

That’s funny, I remember making tons of excuses when I was 12.

That 13.5 point spread gives me a warm and fuzzy feeling of confidence. Vegas guys are rarely that wrong and their inside information is way better than even a rabid fan.
So probably won't be sweating tonight. But hey it's Bama Basketball.

Pretty sure we were -10 against A&M

Yea, I refuse to get suckered into false confidence

Wasn't that like 6.5 ? True there are some anomalies. One thing they can't predict is attitude/motivation players show up with. Our body language in that game was horrendous. It was like some of our players were zoned out. I also thought Buzz Williams had a terrific plan against us.

This is a great strategy.

I’m told the NCAA should be putting out a statement this afternoon that addresses coronavirus concerns and its monitoring therein. Statement will be in regard to all NCAA championships, not just the high-profile/forthcoming postseason tournaments in men’s and women’s basketball.

Really we didn't play that great the first time we played Vandy this year, we turned it over 25 times.
Petty had a great game and carried us, I think he scored close to 25.

This man was a beast.
quote:
In 1952–53, his freshman season, he was voted a second team All-Southeastern Conference (SEC) by the Associated Press (AP).[4] He averaged 17.8 points and 17.0 rebounds per game in 21 games played.[4] His sophomore year, Harper once again averaged 17.8 points per game, although his rebounds dipped to 14.9 per game in 24 games played.[4] The AP selected him to their All-SEC third team.[4] In Harper's final two seasons, he averaged 21.0 points and 19.0 rebounds for his junior year, and 22.3 points and 21.5 rebounds as a senior.[4] This rebounding mark still stands as the best in the history of the Southeastern Conference.[5]
Harper became the first Crimson Tide player to lead his team in scoring all four years en route to finishing with 1,861 for his career,[1] while his 1,688 career rebounds place him eighth all-time in the history of NCAA Division I men's basketball.[6] Harper was the first player in school history to average 20 or more points per game for a career, and in one game against Kentucky during his senior season, he scored 38 points and grabbed 26 rebounds.[5] That game, which the Crimson Tide won 101–77, was the first time Kentucky had ever allowed 100 or more points.[5]
