I have no regrets about that loss. Played their asses off against a better team in an intimidating environment, fought back from starting the game down 16-0, and almost pulled it off in OT.

Proud as hell of those guys. I think they found another mental level in Athens and confirmed it tonight.
They did not back down at all. Far from perfect, very flawed, but fought their arse off and did not play timid or scared in the least.

Great fight from our guys. Down 16-0 and clawed their way back and took arguably the best team in the SEC to OT in their house.
The only thing I think we need to worry about is if Oats can get his guys.

That’s why I’m still skeptical about next year, especially if Kira leaves. We don’t have a consistently good post player on the roster and we haven’t recruited one either.

Looked to me like he slipped, not sure how that's dumb. He had the second triple double in program history for christ sakes, had 13 assists. They game planned to keep him from driving and he did what he is supposed to do and found other people.

Our bigs (Smith, Davis, and Reese) were insanely bad today. They were dominated on defense, obliterated on the boards, and provided zilch on the offensive end. Yikes, they were bad.
Proud of our guys, but it’s incredible we were within 20 with the way those 3 played today.

2020's with Oats is going to be very fun & entertaining to watch! Deep runs in the NCAA Tourney will happen once he gets all his pieces in there just like Sabin.
