Two years ago, UGA made halftime adjustments that shut Alabama down. A couple of weeks after that, UT Knox used what UGA found and did it better. They kicked Alabama off of rocky top.

Player emotions / celebrations had been high. Player emotions spilled over into bad on field reactions. A coach might call that showing a lack of maturity. When emotions explode on the good side, it is also natural to not be able to control the bad side emotional outbursts.

That is not so much a a lack of muturity as it is a lack of disapline.

Two years later, same lack of disapline has shown up again. That is NOT a player issue. That is a coach not instilling disapline in his team. This year, UGA made halftime adjustments and slowed Alabama down. Negative emotions exploded on the field. UT Knox used the UGA roadmap gain and kicked Alabama's arse off of rocky top again.

Does disapline appear over night? Does Alabama learn to make halftime adjustments and game-to-game corrections or do the wheels keep coming off each time a good DC builds on the road map UGA laid out for the world to follow?

Two year ago, I took astep back to watch and see. Last winter, the AD extended CKD's contract without having seen proper corrections / adjustments from the coaching staff. The guy with the flame rising under his seat is no longer just CKD. The AD now owns that heat.

Disapline / Class / Character those are the responsibility of the guys sitting at the top far more than the kids under their guidance.

Lose Byrne, might lose Oats, willing to keep Byrne for Oats, but Saban or someone should have a role in any possible football coach.

Come on USC, save us!

Kalen is a player's coach for sure. Forget discipline.

When a person shows you what they are, believe them.

?? you want Riley or Beamer?

When Moore told the coaches to backoff on live tv at the end of the Vandy game it showed they have no balls.

I think you missed what Phaz was suggesting. He wants USC to take CKD back to the West Coast.

Yep, I thought it might work in today’s college football but they still aren’t old enough or mature enough to figure it out themselves. Would prolly be okay if he was a players coach and had a bunch of mean asses as assistants but I don’t see that in them either except for maybe Klemm. I’d be shocked if he stayed long

Where was the discipline issues against rocky top?

They had all their key players and we were missing our key Center, key WR, key DT and two pass rushers. During the game we lost our key CB.

This wasn't about discipline it was about players making individual mistakes and poor planning and preparation during the week by coordinators.
