The awards should be voted before championship games anyways.

Apparently a quarter of the Heisman votes were submitted before the championship games as well.

Its an award show. They all should have some sort of speech in their heads if they win. I doubt he was coached.

Multiple Alabama players are bringing hardware back to Tuscaloosa.

Crimson Tide wide receiver Jerry Jeudy, defensive tackle Quinnen Williams and quarterback Tua Tagovailoa were the recipients of the Biletnikoff Award, Outland Trophy, Maxwell Award, respectively, on Thursday night at The Home Depot College Football Awards...

Not all players play in conference title games.

For example both Will Greir and Mishnew didn't.

Seems like the most fair thing is to compare them all after the 12 regular season games.

Conference championship games are technically post seasons games and the Heisman is supposed to be a regular season award.

When he was accepting the Maxwell award, he got to the steps of the stage and Chris Fowler stopped him and told him he didn’t have to worry about it and came down with the mic.
