not sure he gets in at CB so I see him making the move to Safety. Any thoughts or is he relegated to being a ST player?

I have been saying this all season. Him and Harrison would be a nice combo back there plus with his speed the blitz is tailored to him.

Humph and Minkah at corners, Harrison and Brown at safety. That sounds pretty damn exciting

Sheffield at Star

If Eddie Jackson goes Pro, I think TB either plays CB while Minkah plays Star or Minkah plays CB while TB plays Star or Money. If the latter TB plays Star if Sheffield can play Money, but Sheffield is more of a Star than Money so I could see him at Star and TB at Money.

Meaning our Dime Package under all of those circumstances would be:

CB: Marlon Humphrey
CB: Minkah Fitzpatrick
S: Eddie Jackson
S: Ronnie Harrison
Star: Kendall Sheffield
Money: Tony Brown

With Rashaan Evans and Tim Williams rushing off the edges and Da'Shawn Hand and someone else rushing from inside.

Someone told me Brown's father is sick and he "may" be thinking of leaving the program to go back home. This guy would have no reason to lie but has anyone else heard anything like this?

He had a stroke while he was in HS IIRC and was in a coma for while. He may be in wheel chair stemming from the stroke but can not remember everything from an article that was out there. So it may be true but if he has a good year next year he could go pro and not sure with his drive he would want to have to sit out a year.

Brown's father was sick when he signed with Bama, only reason LSU was ever a threat to sign him.

Sorry if my post came off as insensitive. I really didn't know about it and wasn't inquiring with our depth chart in mind. I lost my father in September and when I heard this it just kinda hit me for some reason.

Gary mentioned during the game that he had attended practice and CNS had a blowup with Brown telling him "Tony, if you don't want to be here you need to leave."

Gary presented it from a motivating the player standpoint.

- Sophomore cornerback Tony Brown was practicing with the safeties once again. In a couple of past practices, Brown had appeared to be going through drills with the safeties, but it was clear Tuesday. He appeared to be taking reps at Money with the second group of defensive backs toward the end of the second media viewing period.

Interesting. On the subject Hootie to Will or Sam would be interesting.
