I guess I can see it since we play fairly well at home (and hell this year has been brutal in the SEC for road teams) but I"m always uneasy playing bama in basketball. I don't know why but it seems like we usually struggle with you guys.

It seems like it's always a nail biter when we play y'all. I hate playing UGA lol. Should be good but with the way we've played lately, if we play like that today, we will lose.

most of our games of nail biters. Just watch the last 2 minutes to see the outcome. Well the UK killing was a murder without anyone being arrested

We go as our 2 senior guards go. Yante is a force down low and he's consistent. JJ Frazier is dynamic and has had a super hot hand the last few weeks.
If Mann and Gaines are off we're basically done for. JJ and Maten can't win games themselves. If Gaines is hot from 3 we're a tough out. Mann will undoubtedly have a few mind numbingly bad turnovers, probably at least one travel, but he does get to the line so there's that.
What shoudl I be on the lookout for from yall other than RO? And good hell this has to be his like 8th year.
eta: and speaking of (and slightly off topic), I caught some sportscenter this morning and saw that shaggy haired white dude for wichita state is still there. I think he's been there somewhere roughly around 17 years now.

Well, we've been in a bad slump the past few games. RO is the only consistent scorer we have right now. A ton of our players can shoot threes but lately they've all been off. Dante Hall has stepped up big time defensively so he may block between 1-3 shots (I hope). I really don't know what to expect from this team right now honestly. It's been frustrating the past few games. Not too excited about today but hopefully we'll play better than we have, win or lose.

does coach shake up the starting lineup today and start Hall and maybe someone else. It would sure send a message to the team that you reward good play instead of someone who has started all year long.

I really wish he would. We basically have no shot at the NCAA tourney anyways, especially with the way we're playing, so I see no problem with starting Hall over Taylor and starting whoever else he needs to.

I wouldn't put Schaffer (Cullman kid) in over Norris (Albertville kid). We need Norris for his scrappiness on defense.

I was half joking on Norris but something has happened to him lately. I doubt he has a total of 15 points in his last 4 starts.

Yeah he hasn't did anything offensively in awhile. I wish he could hit a couple of threes today and get going again

Pretty sure Riley has been playing through some sort of hand injury. And yea, I don't care who gets his minutes but Kessens should never see the court again.

I'm not sure what hurts more....watching Kessens play, or trying to live with the fact that our depth sucks so bad we actually don't have anyone else to play his minutes.

Ron Baker? I swear that guy helped contribute when Wichita State beat us for the NIT championship.

I guess I'm one of those annoying glass half full people, but a win vs UGA at their place, on ESPN 2 will mean more than you guys think. We are going to pull off this win today, and we are right there in the thick of things again. If we beat UGA, I don't see us having to win 2 SEC Tourney games. I'm calling it right now, beat UGA, win 1 SEC Tourney game, and we're in. Other bubble teams are going to lose games too. This season isn't over.
