It's really depressing watching espn right now. We're not out with a 42 RPI, but it sure as hell feels like it.

And yes, I am grateful for even being in this situation, but you can't tell me this isn't demoralizing when you essentially have a pretty easy opportunity to be safely in the tournament and blow a fricking game at home to a team that is two games below .500 in front of a sold out crowd.

For once, I would just like for the magical run to keep on going for Alabama. Doing all this crazy shite with a first year HC, possibly making a crazy run. Just once I ask for Alabama Basketball to nOT be Alabama Basketball and do something beyond fricking stupid.

Palm moved us back onto the bubble obviously, but 2-2 would probably keep us near the play in game and 3-1 would put us safely in his bracket I'd imagine. Yesterday sucks and was even more demoralizing because we had been playing great, confident basketball, but our tourney hopes are still alive.

I hope we beat UGA and Arkansas. Those two games will be extremely tough, but I faith because I think the team knows how much is at stake.

They're also hurt I think. Willis got hurt during the A&M game and Poythress has been out for a few weeks I think. Hopefully he doesn't play Tuesday because he abused us in Tuscaloosa.

Still feel like we can get in, but I think it'll take a competitive game vs UK on the road and finishing strong at Georgia

I think we just got a little too lazy Saturday after hearing all the experts talking about us being in the tourney. I think they'll come out playing good at UK and they'll end up losing by about 12 and then they'll win the last 3

We won't win at Rupp.

Have to win these. Bottom line.

An SEC tourney win gets us to 20 Ws. That should be enough. The loss to Miss State was a dagger, but the dance is still in front of these guys. They gotta want it.

Georgia isn't shooting very well, we need to take advantage of that. We definitely can't lose to Arky or Auburn. Maybe we get really hot and get some real luck against Kentucky. With LSU fading, it opens up another spot. We just can't fade with them.

Can't see this team ending on a bad note under CAJ.

I'm still confident in this team. Well lose to UK and beat the other 3.

The State loss just means we either have to win @ UGA or make a deep SECT run. We could have afforded a loss to UGA if we won all our home games, now we have to win there I think.

We aren't winning in Rupp. Everyone just needs to accept that we might even get run out of the gym. They are blistering people right now, and even when they aren't, they never lose at home under Cal.

Palm only moved us down to a 9 seed in his bracket:LINK

If we only take Palm's bracket into account, I think we could go 2-2 down the stretch and as long as we win the first game in the tourney, we'd get in. Obviously winning the two home games and beating Georgia on the road would make everything more comfortable.

- Palm has us in comfortably (9 seed)
- Lunardi has us as the last team in the play-in game (12 seed)
- USA Today has us in the play-in (11 seed)
