but blaming the refs for our deficiencies is not a good color on you or anyone. We are a horrible team that is playing above our physical talent.

Dude, Bryant is always the last to complain about officiating. I mean to the point it's almost annoying. We weren't given the chance to compete by how slanted the officiating started and continued through over halfway into the second half. And that's coming from a guy who watched it start to finish.

According to one of the commentators we had the 2nd fewest fouls committed until this game, and we had 4 players foul out and 2 or 3 others in serious foul trouble. That shouldn't happen.

I'm not sure who that was meant for but there's not many people upset with the team tonight. That's just the thing about the officiating. If this weren't a regular occurrence I'd let it die, but this shite happens on the reg every fricking year. If you have a twitter account, I implore you to give @GregSankey hell.

it was the NCAA initiative this year to crack down on hand fouls, hand checks etc. Not sure Greg has a say so in this. The teams were warned in advance that this was going to be watched this year.

Everyone understands that, but the game was poorly officiated all of the way around. I'm not sure why you want to argue when you didn't even watch the whole game.

As I was saying during the game, USCe hands were all over us the entire game and I can't remember one hand check foul called on them. The commentators even spoke A LOT about how physical USCe was being. And as to who has the responsibility for this, it is 100% on Sankey to fix it. The officiating never starts getting horrible UNTIL SEC play and it happens every year.

i am not arguing per se about this game just making observations about the officials. I watched enough of this game to make a casual observation though. But you guys sound like LSU fans in FB bitching about officials. We are better then this right?

South Carolina fans are in agreement that the game was officiated poorly. So it's not just Bama fans. The refs were just bad this game. It is what it is.

And you sound like someone who pretends they're a doctor after seeing one episode of House.

That's the entire topic of conversation right now and you stated you didn't even watch the whole game.

Oh, using rant logic about a different sport that isn't even in season.

So now we're sitting at 11-9 (2-6) with this schedule left:

@MSU
vs Missouri
vs Texas A&M
@ Florida
@ LSU
vs MSU
@Kentucky
vs Auburn
vs Arkansas
@Georgia

How are y'all feeling after watching us tonight?

I feel like every one of these games are winnable for us except Kentucky bc it's away. I don't think we'll win them all but I'm just saying we CAN win any of these if we play like we have in some of our upset wins.

I'd say at UK and at Florida are definite losses unless we hit 20+ 3s. I think every other game we at least have a chance if things fall in our favor.

@MSU Toss up
vs Missouri W
vs Texas A&M W
@ Florida L
@ LSU L (we have no answer for the Aussie}
vs MSU W
@Kentucky L
vs Auburn W
vs Arkansas W
@Georgia Toss up

I think its likely we finish the remainder out at 5-5, If we steal one or more on the road, we could come close to 7-8 conference wins.

I would be THRILLED with 18 wins out of this bunch, even if it takes a few upsets in the SEC tourney.
With that said, the bullshite calls by SEC refs on the road aren't even close to the "home calls" we should be getting. So, another loss at home this year wouldn't surprise me.

Need to win the next 2 and then we are 13-9 (4-6) with a 50-60 RPI going into the A&M game. Somehow win that and we are right in the thick of it.

Not probable, but certainly possible. Gotta win the next 2. Season defining games against teams we can beat.

Bama might win 15 games. This is just a bad team. Still can't believe they blow that game against Oregon.

These two games are really big for NIT hopes plus just team morale in general.
