You wanna know why we play slow? We play slow because the object of the up tempo is to get a numbers advantage and some easy, open shots. Problem is there is no such thing as an easy shot for our team. Not even a drive and a layup is a safe bet. And when you miss, 9 times out of 10 you just flipped the advantage to the opponent. So until we get some guys who can hit open shots and not throw up air balls, he's keeping us from beating ourselves. That's the 50% of the playbook he threw out.
