Am I crazy for thinking that Pringle has the ability to emerge as "leader" for this team at some point?

I feel like he hints that our staff recruits him the hardest in every interview. I wonder why the Michigan schools aren’t pushing for him as hard?

Bro, you ain't crazy! I think this dude fixing to be a different type sandwich!
This season coming up might get ugly for the SEC if everything falls into place for us.

Not sure, but our staff has been on him for almost two years now so they must see something they really like.

I hope so, that would be great.

He reminds me of Devin Mitchell as a recruit, and I mean that as an extraordinary compliment. Once Mitchell committed he was 100% on board and was willing to do countless interviews (even with some message board guys). Pringle seems all-in like he did, and hopefully it works out better for him than it did with Mitchell.
On that note, Mitchell had two excellent seasons at Georgia State after he left here. For whatever reason, freshmen sharpshooters just tend to suck at shooting for us here. Mitchell, Forbes, and Holt were all labeled as one of the best shooters in their class and they shot 12%, 21%, and 10% from 3 respectively. Mitchell went on to shoot 41% from 3 for his CAREER on very high volume and Forbes shot 39% this last season on high volume. Can't wait to see Holt's broken arse shot turn into a multi-million dollar jump shot elsewhere

Nick Pringle is quite the curious high-riser. He started off not getting on the floor at Wofford as a freshman to the 3rd ranked JUCO guy in a little over a year. Looking at his tape, it really makes me wonder why Wofford wouldn't play him. On tape he looks too naturally gifted not to play at a school like that.

That's a name I completely forgot about until just now.

He was at Wofford after Mike Young left and went to VT, right?

Mike Young was at VT a full season before Pringle arrived on campus.

Well, let's hope the guy found a new gear and is ready for high major basketball. I feel like we should expect a lot of energy and effort out of him at a minimum right off the bat.

He's most definitely going to give you that!

Was Mitchell on that Georgia State team that Avery blew a 25pt lead too?

Yeah, I believe that’s correct.

welcome to Tide nation
just an observation but his 3 point % is less than our year average for the entire team

He hasn't signed or anything. Oats and Hodgson probably recruited him to Buffalo and sent him a text when they saw he was in the portal.
