Gideon is 100% on point there. Only argument is what if Milroe breaks it off right tackle and those guys on the receivers can rally to him rather than being caught respecting a real football action like screen.

Absolutely. The fake WR screen accomplishes a couple of things that are far better than a fake jump shot:
If one of the WRs takes a jab step at the DB covering him, then steps back behind the LOS as if preparing for the screen it:
1. Causes the DBs to sprint up, which will take them out of position if the QB breaks through the line or around the end on the sneak
2. Causes the DBs to sprint up and it'll be easier to fake that and take a deep shot the next time
So, yes, something like a fake screen is definitely better, but the WRs are still trying to accomplish the same thing, while having more...fun?.

I’m going to be serious now. I should have read the crowd better by the comments on this thread. I’m actually a big fan of the play action. I think we should actually run it more. I should’ve known better than to use sarcasm on a thread where everyone is upset about fake jump shots. Once again my apologies
