Alabama has scored 85 points in the second half against 8 P5 competition this year, or 10.6 ppg. That’s not gonna work long term.

On the defense, they’ve allowed… 84 points in the second half against P5 competition, or 10.5 ppg. That can work, if the offense can get better.

There is no reason to expect our running game to get better. It is historically bad, by Alabama standards.

You have to have at least a competent running game to protect leads and effectively milk the clock in the second half. We don't. There is no reason to expect an even average running game to suddenly appear in what's left of the season.
