I don't think it's unreasonable for people to expect some exercise of discretion regardless of how vague the rules are. Personally, I don't really care how y'all choose to police the issue. I know who the trolls are and know not to engage with them. I'm just saying that "there's nothing we can do because the rules are too vague" is a cop out. If you're not willing to recognize dipshits like Goldfinger as trolls, then just say "we are not going to ban people for trolling because it's an internet message board and we don't think it's that serious" and have that be the end of it. It's not a big deal. Pretending that what they do isn't trolling just makes you look dense though.
