Stephen M. Smith

The guy seems to throw a lot of stuff against the wall hoping to see what sticks.

I could swear I read somewhere that it was 7-year contract worth $18 million

The State of Alabama doesn't allow 7 year contracts for assistant coaches. I'm pretty sure they are limited to three years, tops.

That he does. Nobody even bother to notice that he would bash Mac Jones one week, next week praise Mac Jones. at one point, in the recent weeks.. he spent so much time hyping up Bryce Young and bashing Mac Jones.. nobody on twitter caught that.

What are y'all hearing?

I seriously doubt Stephen M. Smith knows what Sark's new salary will be. Imo, $2M to $2.5M per year seems more likely than his guess of $3M.

A pretty safe bet. I finally YouTubed this kid, who literally does look like he's working out of the proverbial mother's basement. That still might qualify him as more knowledgeable than Stephen A.

The first number I heard was from a supposed Colorado insider, whatever that looks like. He stated it was around 18 mil for 5 years. Soon we shall know, but I'm guessing it's north of 2.5. That seems to be the line of demarcation for Colorado's economic tolerance for head coaches.
