Driving home from Atlanta to Huntsville via 72 tonight might have been the most hazardous and disastrous journeys I’ve ever taken. I lost count of how many cars were in ditches and 72 was at a full stop outside Gurley.
It’s gonna be late into tomorrow until all the Huntsville roads get cleared out.

I slid a little on 65 last night around the Huntsville 565 exit. The roads were entirely covered with ice it seemed. Passed a several car wreck, including a state trooper vehicle that looked like someone probably slid into it. That was the only sketchy spot on 65 between Birmingham and Nashville though.
