re: Shoulder help

Is there any numbness or tingling? Years ago I developed pain in my right trapezius area after lifting weights. The pain eventually spread to my should and arm. I developed tingling and numbness and had difficulty raising my arm and eventually using my arm. I ended up having a ruptured disc that was pressing on the nerves that controlled my arm.
