Team-----------player----1st game------2nd game

Florida with Tim Tebow------L 20–31 -------W 32–13
Auburn with Cam Newton------L 27-28-------*W 42–14
LSU with da HoneyBadger-----L 6-9---------W 21-0
TAMU with Johnny Football---L 24-29-------- TBA

*Cam not present

So far.... each time has been met with a close loss at first and then, each rematch features an unholy revenge beat down.

By your definition, you must drop Auburn. The other two hardly constitutes a trend.

But I like your thinking, flawed as it is.

I will say, one similarity between Tebow/Florida and Manziel/A&M is that they both had/have different OCs the 2nd time around.

A&M won't be half the team that UF was in '09.

That game was an epic throttling.

to date, the 2009 game vs Florida was one of the most satisfying things.....ever. EVER, not just in sports.

This isn't a troll, just stating how I feel. I think y'all have no problem with manziel this year. Saban has a knack over obsessing over player like this the second go around. Y'all will destroy them.

The only benefit we get out of this is that LSU is usually the team Saban puts most focus on. I still think we get y'all's best but its nice to know Saban has another target to worry about.
